The Bridge to Clinical Excellence is my structured virtual LCSW-S supervision and mentoring program for Texas LMSWs pursuing clinical licensure.
We'll meet the requirements for clinical supervision—but we're going to do much more than check boxes and count hours. The goal is to help you become a clinician who can think clinically, practice ethically, navigate the professional world, and trust your own judgment.
